Our leadership team has a unique mix of consulting, technology, operations, and healthcare experience across entrepreneurial start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. They’re proven leaders who are deeply committed to our mission of helping healthcare providers increase patient access, decrease wait times, and reduce healthcare delivery costs.

When they’re not traveling the country visiting customers, you can find them hosting town halls, sketching on any available whiteboard, and sharing team pictures on Slack.

Mohan Giridharadas

FOUNDER AND CEO

Mohan started LeanTaaS in 2010 after an 18 year career at McKinsey & Co. where he led the Firm's lean manufacturing and service operations practices in North America as well as the Asia-Pacific region.

Ana Sirbu

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Ana has over 15 years of experience in finance, strategy, and technology-investing leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Nitro Software, and at BlueVine.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Tim has two decades of experience in technical and product leadership roles at healthcare and software companies. Prior to joining LeanTaaS, he was Co-founder, CTO, and EVP of Technology & Implementation at Hospital IQ.

Rami Karjian

Senior Vice President, Client Services - OPERATING ROOMS

Rami is the head of the Operating Rooms business. He has a history of building, strengthening, and scaling innovative businesses, with decades of experience in healthcare transformation and a knack for solving complex capacity problems.

Ashley leads a nationwide team responsible for product sales and customer implementations for iQueue for Operating Rooms and iQueue for Inpatient Flow. Before LeanTaaS, Ashley was in perioperative administration within UCHealth.
